Group Counseling

We can learn so much from each other! There is something healing about being in a space with others who are going through similar experiences. Group Counseling offers a chance to collaborate, share, reflect and grow with others who can understand parts of your story.

Groups are designed to be a place to explore meaningful topics, gain practical tools and develop a further understanding of yourself and the challenges you face. Group Counseling is created around guided conversation, reflection and sharing experiences. Group Sessions prove how valuable insight can be from one another as we discover that we do not need to have everything figured out on our own.

We hope you will join us for a group soon!

Parent Support Group

Sept. 21 - Nov. 2, 7-8:30, Online Group

$80 per session

Parenting is deeply relational—and building strong, secure relationships with our children takes intention, practice, and a willingness to grow.

This 7-week group is based on a framework developed by Adam Young that identifies six key relational needs children have and the ways caregivers can meet those needs. Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to show up for our children with greater attunement, responsiveness, engagement, emotional regulation, and a willingness to repair.

This group is not about becoming a perfect parent. Instead, it’s an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize the ways you are already showing up well, identify areas where you want to grow, and develop practical strategies for building stronger, more connected relationships with your children.

In this group you can expect to engage in curriculum related to:

  • Attachment and the 6 relational needs, and how our experiences can shape the way we are as caregivers

  • Learning to create meaningful connection through presence, curiosity, play and shared experience

  • Learning to recognize and manage our own difficult emotions so we can remain present and available

  • Understanding that disconnection is going to happen– and learning how to reconnect, take responsibility and repair in difficult moments

All while being a part of a supportive community that allows for guided teaching, space to process, encouragement and practical strategies for developing skills! This group is not about becoming a perfect parent or caregiver. Instead, it’s an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize the ways you are already showing up well, identify areas where you want to grow, and develop strategies for building stronger, more connected relationships with your children!

We hope you will join us! To sign up, please schedule a free 15 minute consultation call!
